Key Responsibilities:Service Line Strategy and Thought LeadershipBusiness ManagementContract ManagementClient relationship managementReportingP&LPeople Management OperationsClient ServicePeople ManagementContribution / CollaborationEnsures the process runs according to deadlines and budget together with the Project Manager?Attempts initial value add / insights at each stage (development area)?Develops basic Solutions knowledge?Ensures integration of information from multiple sources where applicable and available?Conducts desk research to add value to all reports / presentations and assist the client in understanding the South African marketEducation:School: MatricA Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Arts or Business is essential (an honors degree would be an advantage)Experience:Minimum 5 years' Market research agency experience in client facing roleThorough knowledge of the service line's core researchStrong innovative research and analytic skills.Quantitative experienceBusiness Acumen – business leader, entrepreneurial, financial perspectiveStrong sales and negotiation skillsGeneral good people management skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsGood time management skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlinesProficiency with the MS Office packageAbility to learn other software packages#J-18808-Ljbffr
