Taking the lead, you will be responsible for the development as well as implementation of all SERVICE IMPROVEMENT initiatives and strategies whilst developing a CUSTOMER-CENTRIC culture within this Business. This Service Improvement Manager is based in Cape Town and is paying around R700k/annum CTC The Role: As the Service Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, designing and delivering all service improvement projects across the it, operations as well as the change departments. Taking complete ownership of the operational change initiatives, YOU will need to automate processes across the business to mitigate systems failures and improve service processes. You will work closely with key stakeholders and change champions to ensure continuous improvement and to identify trends and process variations. YOU will need to master the platform operations and processes to drive through the highest level of Operational Service Delivery. Experience & Skills: • Commerce degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management would be preferred. • Experience working in an Investment /Wealth/Asset Management Company as a Customer Service / Service Delivery/ Service Improvement Manager. • Excellent Fund Administration knowledge. • Experience delivering exceptional customer service. • Experience in solving complex problems for internal and external clients. • Good understanding of Change Management. • Clear understanding of how an Advisers business works.
