Service Desk Support Analyst, 1st line support Service Desk Support Analyst London based University £110 per day Inside IR35
The university is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst for a short initial contract who has experience of customer and remote support experience across service desk and 1st line support and ideally some Mac experience (though this is not essential).
The Service Desk Analyst will be working in a small team taking control of daily duties and responsibilities, troubleshooting, some mentoring and liaising with different technical and non-technical members of staff.
Any experience of working in a university environment is preferential but not essential.
