Join our team providing supporting the National Screening Register for the women of Aotearoa. Whakarongorau Aotearoa are looking for a new person to join us in the Central Wellington office working full time Monday – Friday.
About the role | Atu mo te mahi
As a Service Coordinator you will manage electronic and manual data entry on the National Cervical Screening Register to ensure a variety of health professionals are accessing accurate screening information. You will provide customer service to screening service providers, Laboratories and Colposcopy service providers, Regional Register teams and Programme participants.

Day to day will include:
Entering accurate participant information into the Register and using other data management tools

Resolving issues and maintaining administrative processes

Answering enquiries from health professionals, regional Register teams and Programme participants in a professional and helpful manner.

About you | Pehea koe
We’re looking for a positive, proactive and customer focussed person to join our team. You will need to be confident in managing data and administration and have proven experience in a similar administrative role. You will be passionate about engaging with people from a wide range of different cultures and be an excellent communicator.
You will be confident in processing data with a focus on accuracy and detail. Able to learn and comply with administrative and compliance processes. Adaptable and able to work across multiple systems with strong attention to detail, quality and data accuracy.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity- You have a desire to ensure all people can access the health services they are entitled to.

Adherence -You value guidelines and can consistently adhere to rules and procedures. You also have excellent judgement and enjoy employing your critical thinking skills.

A sense of humour and energy– You have a positive attitude, flexible approach and can multitask. You are a team player who can work effectively with others to solve problems.

Technological know-how -You are technically savvy and ideally have come from a background of working with multiple systems.
