DUTIES:Daily control and follow-up on all routine services to ensure services stay up to date.Plan routines accordingly during holidays to ensure all services, including pest control, are maintained.Liaise with clients and/or supply services to keep them informed of scheduled visits.Update client routing when changes are required.Supervise loading and offloading of vehicles, check paperwork and stock, and sign off on checks.Manage fuel cards and petrol slips weekly, ensuring all slips are accounted for.Manage weekly vehicle checklists.Control OPSI - ensure devices are handled correctly, provide necessary training, close services on the system, and handle discrepancy reports daily.
Conduct daily debriefings.Handle the issue and return of OPSI devices, vehicle keys, and fuel cards daily from the service teams; teams must sign receipts and returns.Assist with monthly stock takes.Coordinate weekly training for service staff.Liaise with customers via phone to schedule installations.Book services with clients and staff, ensuring bookings are honored.Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.File all documents daily, both physically and electronically.Ensure service targets are met, services are on time, handheld devices are used correctly, and staff complete all services fully.Check routes during the day to prevent staff from deviating from their routes.Conduct monthly stock checks for Deep Clean and Pest Control teams to ensure sufficient equipment.Ensure all staff have uniforms and PPE to complete their tasks.Assist managers with fleet management: ensure timely vehicle servicing, maintain roadworthiness, and monitor driver behavior in line with South African road laws.Perform additional reasonable tasks as required.Possess 2-3 years of service-related or supervisory/team leader experience.Directly manage service teams to achieve service KPIs.Desired Skills:Stock ControlFleet ManagementReportingRoutine ServicesLiaising with customersStaff TrainingOperationsAdminDesired Work Experience:2 to 5 yearsDesired Qualification Level:Grade 12 / MatricAbout The Employer:Our client, a reputable company based in Ndabeni, Cape Town, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator to join their team.
