Service Advisor (Southern Suburbs)

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*** This is a popular vehicle brand and a busy dealership. Our client is looking for a proactive and customer focussed person with good administrative and communications skills. You will be responsible for meet and greet, quotations, basic technical advice, job cards and extensive communication between workshop, parts, and clients. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership and that you have working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop or similar. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Drivers License Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised dealership Have working knowledge of Kerridge/CDK/Keyloop or similar. Must be highly customer driven Excellent people skills A stable work history Reliable and contactable references You will need the following documents when applying.
