Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for an ambitious, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team of Talent experts. This role reports directly to the Head: Talent Acquisition.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will develop innovative and competitive talent acquisition strategies and deliver on strategic priorities whilst providing an exceptional client experience to internal and external customers.
You will proactively build talent pipelines, manage employer brand campaigns and initiatives and lead or support talent acquisition projects. You will also attract candidates by ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire Talent Acquisition and Onboarding process.

YOUR KEY FOCUS AREAS WILL BE…
Stakeholder Management / Business Partnership:
? Establishing and maintaining relationships with Heads of businesses, hiring managers and HRBPs to fully understand business needs and stay abreast of current and future hiring trends.
? Sharing external and internal insights and establish Talent Acquisition as a business partner vs a support function.
? Developing innovative methods of improving customer experience, candidate quality, process and efficiency.
? Utilising data analytics to improve talent acquisition efficiency, drive innovation and influence hiring decisions.
? Using internal insights to optimise talent acquisition measures of success.
? Recommending customised sourcing strategies for each vacancy that will attract the best candidate.
? Providing professional talent acquisition advice to line, departmental managers and HRBP’s on best practice.

Talent Acquisition:
? Formulating best practice sourcing, innovative talent acquisition and selection techniques and practices.
? Researching and recommending strategies to promote and improve the employer brand.
? Managing the 360-recruitment life cycle for vacancies.
? Contributing to shaping and leading our hiring practices, ensuring scalability as we continue to accelerate our time to fill.
? Using data insights to shape current and future hiring goals and initiatives.
? Responsible for talent mapping for scarce and critical roles.
? Actively networking and generating talent pools by remaining in close contact with passive and active candidates.
? Ensure the organisation complies with best practice and legislation through awareness, communication & training.

? Continuously analysing trends related to sourcing, recruitment methods and industry best practice & sharing insights.
Skills Development:
? Contributing to team development through knowledge sharing, upskilling and sharing of best practices with the Talent Acquisition team.
? Coaching and mentoring team members.
What will make you successful in this role?

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE
? Relevant Human Resources Bachelor’s Degree is essential
? Registered as Psychometrist with the HPCSA advantageous
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
? Minimum of 8 years demonstrable full cycle recruiting experience from interviewing to onboarding processes.
? Proven experience and success with proactive recruitment.
? Understanding of labour market and labour legislation in South Africa.
? Proven track record of managing multiple jobs effectively at the same time.
? Proficient in using application tracking systems (ATS) and databases to process candidates.
? Skilled at LinkedIn search methods.
