What You'll Do: Manage NOC performance and network systems.
Resolve escalations from Tier 1 & 2 to ensure client satisfaction.
Lead a skilled team, driving resource efficiency and technical excellence.
Implement system upgrades, migrations, and best practices.
Proactively optimize performance and document processes for repeatable success.
Collaborate across teams and with clients to maintain strong relationships.
What We're Looking For: Products Worked With But Not Limited To: Solar Winds - N-Able PRTG monitoring solutions RMM software Must-Have Skills: 5+ years in a NOC/IT MSP environment.
Expertise in Windows Server environments (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
Strong skills - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and PKI.
Intermediate experience in VMware vSphere 6.5+, Hyper-V, and mass storage (SAN/NAS).
Good understanding of VLANs, routing, and firewall behaviour.
Proficiency in Exchange 2016+ and Microsoft Azure.
Qualifications: MCSA | MCSE | or relevant Microsoft role-based certifications from the Azure and Microsoft 365 lists.
VCP-DCV (VMware Certified Professional) or Hyper-V.
Experience with Veeam and Rubrik.
