This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced structural engineer to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and growing organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from concept to completion. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams. Design and analyze structural systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. Oversee the preparation of structural drawings, specifications, and reports. Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control on-site. Mentor and develop junior engineering staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Requirements: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng, BSc, or equivalent). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successful project leadership. Professional registration with a recognized engineering body (e.g., ECSA). Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, or similar). Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
