The Video team is part of the wider Digital Services team whose role is to define and optimise the customer experience for key digital products that deliver unmatched entertainment, value and convenience to Vodacom customers.
The Video Play team forms part of the Video team and focuses on all aspects of the product management, platform integration & delivery, content management, operational support and customer experience for the Video Play proposition for both fixed and mobile customers across all supported customer interfaces.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
To assist in delivering and executing on Vodacom Brand strategy, including brand & communications strategy, segment strategy, tactical and long term market execution, go-to-market and channel marketing and budget management
Work together with Marketing Managers to create and execute Brand marketing plans
Assist in driving regional marketing alignment on Brand Cross functional teamwork Involvement in Brand Integrated Communication Plans
Cross functional teamwork Development of internal marketing initiatives
