We are currently seeking a Senior General Manager for a trendy, exclusive, upmarket restaurant in Rosebank.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of restaurant management experience, including at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
Strong operations management skills are essential, as the successful candidate will oversee the entire restaurant operation.
