FUNCTION: SENIOR QC ENGINEER – MECHANICAL/PIPELINEDISCPLINE: QA/QCPROJECT: HAIL & GHASHALOCATION: ABU DHABIDURATION: CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)SALARY: MARKET RELATED_________________________________________________"TRS is looking for a SENIOR QC ENGINEER – MECHANICAL/PIPELINE to join our leading International Client's HAIL & GHASHA PROJECT based in ABU DHABI, UAE."JOB DESCRIPTION:Ensure the supervision of mechanical inspection activities and verify Quality Control Plans implementation.Check Quality Control Plans with reference to mechanical activities.Check the availability and adequacy of equipment / instrumentation used for mechanical execution and control.Verify that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved, calibrated, handled, identified and traceable.Support and check the evaluation of the qualifications of inspection personnel in charge of works, verify work procedures, including those relating to special processes.Support the definition of Q C Information System rules.Supervise and witness inspections, check reports and documentation issued by inspectors and verify the collection of required Quality Records.Verify that tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans, checking the collection of relevant documentation also for the mechanical completion approval, and that personnel have access to all required project documentation.QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree / Diploma, or related field from an accredited university preferred.Minimum of 8 years' experience in programs of similar size and scope.________________________________________Contact:Ntuthuko MthembuEmail:******@trssa.com"We are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
