Gather and apply insights to design and implement affordability and market access strategies in partnership with local and global health organizations.Gather and apply insights to drive product adaptation to societal needs including specific local needs Provide commercial input to guide the development program and life cycle plans to optimize access and societal impact.Work with NIBR to support project milestone transitions decisions and maximize the strategic fit of drug research activities.Liaise with key CPOs to ensure appropriate country/regional input to program strategy.The NPD leads commercial support for external opportunities, liaising with BD&L to identify, screen and assess potential access partnerships, in-licensing opportunities, and provide disease area expertise and access input.The NPD is a key contributor to the creation of market-driven disease area strategies, creating and refining target product profiles (TPP)Liaise with Health care strengthening center of excellence to ensure adequate integration in overall strategy Liaise with Measure & Evaluate colleagues to ensure specific patient reach outcomes are properly capturedSupports clinical trial Design by providing relevant market insight, payers and local actors perspectives and needsDevelop pricing strategy to maximize access and impact Commercial / Marketing / pricing /market access experienceCommercial assessment and evaluation of BD&L / M&A opportunities.Mental agility and sound strategic thinking.Minimum 5–7 years professional experience in Pharma industry.Team player, proven ability to work successfully within a matrix organization and lead cross-functional teams without authoritAbility to represent company externally with key partnersKnowledge of global health systems, landscape and key problematics
