Senior Property Creditors Controller

IntroductionAn industrial property management and leasing Company is looking for a Senior Property Creditors Controller that is responsible for the full creditor's function of the Company and ensures that all creditors are paid accurately and timeously.
Property management experience is mandatory.Duties & ResponsibilitiesKnowledge and experience on the accounting package MDA is mandatoryAccurately raise purchase orders on MDAEnsure purchase orders are sent to suppliers timeouslyAccurately capture invoices on MDAEnsure invoices are authorised in accordance with levels of authorityEnsure invoices are allocated to the correct supplier and general ledger accounts dailyEnsure alignment between invoices and purchase orders in the databaseAccurately process invoices in the accounts payable and post batches dailyPrepare month end payment packs timeously, ensuring all supporting documents are attachedSending remittance advices to the supplier post paymentFiling of invoices post paymentAccurately prepare monthly reconciliations of creditor account statements against the A/P age analysisAccurately reconcile G/L creditors accounts monthly to ensure that the accounts are correctly balanced.Desired Experience & QualificationDiploma in accounting or financeA minimum of 3 years' work experience in property managementA minimum of 5 years' work experience in a creditor's roleExperience in MDA is essentialAbility to work under pressure to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and in a teamPackage & RemunerationMarket related.Interested?
