Job Family Project, Process and Product Career Stream Product Leadership Pipeline Manage of Managers
Job Purpose To manage product Innovation (Development; Maintenance and Governance; Non Interest Revenue(NIR)) in order to achieve Nedbank Home Loans strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities Build and maintain effective working relationships. Build strong stakeholder relationships by providing advice on credit processes, policies, documentation and system enhancement. Ensure clients' expectations are met to the required standards. Audit staff performance in line with client and operational standards. Ensure efficient work ethic and achievement of Business Unit strategies and goals. Draft and present monthly business reports to stakeholders. Compile and analyze reports from direct reports in accordance with findings, trend analysis and risk indicators. Ensure team transformational targets are met during recruitment, retention and training process and using preferred suppliers. Contribute to a culture of transformation by participating in Nedbank culture building initiatives, business strategy, and CSI. Develop and implement action plans to address issues raised in culture surveys. Create a client service culture. Support implementation of business optimization improvement through team engagement. Encourage team to generate innovative ideas and share knowledge. Identify and drive development and implementation of solutions. Conduct on-the-job training, counselling and coaching. Identify staff performance gaps from assessment evaluations and analyze performance data. Adhere to the terms and conditions of employment. Ensure service level agreements are achieved and maintained. Maintain and update QA policies and procedures. Enhance policies and procedures by reviewing and recommending submissions to the business. Support decision making by gathering and analyzing information from different sources. Critical Job Outputs Technical advisory on proposals received from Installations related to residential and C&I solar solutions; Designing of solar solutions for C&I and Residential; Quality Assurance on completed solar installations; Grow the Nedbank Avo installer base; Ensure compliance of installations; Provide after sales technical support to uphold warranties; Monitor systems for optimisation; Conduct site inspections and develop technical documents. After sales support for commissioning.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Preferred Qualification National Diploma preferable in Electrical Engineering or equivalent Degree Master Electrician(MIE) / Installation Electrician (IE) PV Green Card Minimum Experience Level 5- 10 years experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management Types of exposures Commercial and Industrial Solar experience Work for Commercial solar businesses Manage installation teams end to end Warranty fulfilments
Technical / Professional Knowledge Sizing of systems and Bill of Materials; Technical hardware support for commissioning; Repairs / replacements of systems; Designs and simulations for Solar. Autocad Issuing CoCs
