Senior Private Equity Transactor

DBN45 – Snr Private Equity Transactor – CPT (CBD)   Purpose of the Job: To support the investment teams by conducting financial modeling and analysis, performing due diligence, preparing investment reports, and providing insights to the funds' limited partners and investment committee.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, CFA highly advantageous Minimum 7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking or corporate finance.
Strong knowledge of private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity investments.
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and modelling.
Present investment opportunities and defend theses to the Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio performance, identify growth areas, and provide strategic guidance.
Support investment decisions through market, competitor, and industry analysis.
Mentor junior team members as the team grows.
Build relationships with important parties—bankers, attorneys, and investors.
