About the RoleOur client is looking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Personal Assistant to provide top-tier support in both professional and personal capacities.

The client will consider half-day or 3 full days a week.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive diary and calendar management, ensuring optimal time usePlanning and coordinating travel, including international itinerariesHandling high-level correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretionManaging personal and business appointments, events, and engagementsPreparing reports, briefings, presentations, and confidential documentsActing as gatekeeper and liaison with senior stakeholders, clients, and household staffOverseeing projects and ensuring deadlines are metAnticipating needs and taking initiative to resolve issues proactivelyManaging budgets, expenses, and occasional procurement or vendor relationshipsExperienceProven experience as a Senior PAWilling to travel if requiredExperience in property management is beneficial Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communicationHigh level of discretion, integrity, and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google WorkspaceHighly proactive, reliable, and solution-orientedComfortable in dynamic and high-pressure environmentsStrong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillsDesirable AttributesFamiliarity with private household managementKnowledge of travel logistics, luxury lifestyle services, or event planning
