Senior Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance .
Improve and implement process control measures to enhance efficiency.
Manage Regulation 28 updates , ballot processes, and system enhancements.
Oversee purchase and repurchase settlements on trading platforms.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and automation of processes.
Manage asset-liability reconciliations and multi-manager pricing.
Oversee staff training, engagement, and performance management .
Lead ad hoc projects and operational risk mitigation .
Oversight Responsibilities: Supervise daily unit and bank reconciliations .
Monitor internal controls and regulatory reporting.
Ensure timely distribution calculations and process documentation updates .
Minimize operational risks and manage escalations.
Minimum Requirements: BCom Honours (Accounting) / CA (SA) , preferably with completed articles.
68 years of operations experience within an investment company ( LISP or investment management ).
