Senior Motorcycle Rental Agent

***THIS POSITION REQUIRES CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE*** This is a fun and exciting position, and we are looking for an equally fun and exciting person to fill the role. Our client is a reputable motorcycle rental company, and they are looking for someone with a passion for motorcycles and a love of people and travel. You will be responsible for bookings, handling escalated queries, reporting and additional related administration. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years of RECENT Car Rental experience, a valid motorcycle License, excellent customer service and communication skills, and you must be computer literate. This position is Monday to Saturday and requires you be to on standby for emergencies. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A valid Motorcycle License (Above 125cc) At least 2 years of Car Rental experience Excellent customer service and communication skills (English must be a first language.) Strong organizational and administration skills Computer literate Exceptionally well groomed and presented Stable work history Contactable references You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
