As Customer Experience (CX), we own the experience that we provide to our customers by activating the IFF brand and IFF solutions to provide value and differentiation across the various touch points of the customer journey.CX does this by delivering compelling & captivating content, ideas, and insights that shape the strategic story and engagement with customers to drive interest and positive outcomes, resulting in IFF business.This will be a full-time, office-based role, with the potential for hybrid work after the first 6 months.Job RequirementsTrend Analysis: Identify main trends driving growth in food and beverage categories (focus on Dairy, Beverage, Culinary) via tools like Mintel, Euromonitor, secondary reports, etc., to create & deliver compelling customer content for growth, retention, and defending our business.Concept Development: Support customers in their new product development journey by utilizing category trends and consumer insights to ideate and suggest relevant food and beverage concepts.Strategic Alignment: Link market and consumer dynamics with IFF's portfolio strengths to identify business opportunities.Client Presentations: Prepare and present comprehensive presentations for customers, showcasing trends, consumer insights, and proposing innovative product concepts.Market Mapping and Gap Analysis: Analyze the market to identify new product launches and emerging trends.
Produce professional marketing materials including flyers, one-pagers, email banners, and logos that showcase IFF's technologies while aligning with the Corporate Brand.Insights and Research: Gather data and insights about the food industry or food companies through desk research.Execution of Marketing Activities: Coordinate and collaborate with sales, innovation, and business units to drive industry initiatives and activities.Required SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Basic graphic design skills.Independent work on data analysis and interpretation.Strategic thinking, learning agility, creativity, problem-solving, and strong business acumen.Strong interpersonal skills and effective collaboration.Influencing and networking abilities.Ability to craft compelling stories driven by data to deliver insights.Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience in marketing communication and understanding of research and data.Experience creating marketing collateral and coordinating with marketing agencies for event execution.Passion for innovative marketing in a B2B environment.Adaptability and eagerness to learn new ways of working.Experience and EducationMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B within food and beverage manufacturing.Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.At IFF, we believe that your uniqueness unleashes our potential.
