Business Segment: Personal & Private Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To drive the design, implementation, enablement, scaling, entrenchment, commercialisation and execution of the customer segment value proposition/s and life journeys in country in collaboration with other Segments, Client Solutions, Digital- & e-Commerce, Engineering and country stakeholders through the client engagement platforms
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Business Commerce

Experience Required 8-10 years experience in developing, designing and enabling segment value propositions. Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integrations.Knowledge of behavioural economics and its practical applicationExperience in managing an income statement, balance sheet, pricing strategies, risk management, people management, leading / developing teams and motivating people would be beneficialCollaborates with other Client Segments, Client Solutions and Digital and eCommerce teams as a client's portfolio and investments might span across segments and client solutions, the value proposition needs to include a multi-disciplinary approach and ways of working to solve for client needsResolves escalated complaints or conducts proactive client visitsThis job is key for the development of appropriate CVPs for an allocated sub-segment in alignment with overall Group and country Wealth and Investment objectivesEnsures successful delivery of client experiences, client growth and financials
