Our client, a leading retailer, is seeing a Learning & Development Senior Manager. They are looking for an individual who can bring both their L&D expertise as well as their ability to partner with and support large retail colleague teams. This L&D team is responsible for safety, training, colleague experience and training tools. The role will require your skills across international operations, partnering with key stakeholders, understand their ongoing needs, and develop/improve the L&D roadmap and program. A successful program will include overall goals/timelines/roadmap, content, metrics/measurement, tracking, and evaluation. The initial focus will be on building the onboarding programs needed to launch a business and continuously improve content during growth.
For this role we are seeking someone with a degree level qualification or equivalent as well as relevant HR qualification plus 5 year post qualification experience. You will have experience of business partnering a large multi site retail business and experience of leading large colleague engagement and training programs. Experience of working in or comfortable in a startup environment or having created a learning and development program is desirable. You will also have familiarity with e-learning software and program management skills
