Senior Manager Grain

Minimum requirements for this role:Must have a Degree in AgricultureMinimum 5 years management experience is requiredMust have at least 10 years experience in thegrainindustry, such as Trading and Silo servicesGood written and communication skills in English and Afrikaans are essentialMust have good computer ( MS Office) and numerical skillsA strong business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and determine pricing are requiredGood analytical accounting insight and the ability to analyse management statements are beneficialMust have a valid drivers license.The successful candidate will be responsible for:The strategic management of thegraindivisions.Customer service management.Managing finances.Managing staff.Overall management ofthe grainhandling and grain marketing processes.Salary is highly negotiable, based on experience.
