Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in; finance, engineering (preferably industrial) or Business Analysis
Advantageous: Project management qualification
Advantageous: MBA
Additional information
Technical Knowledge
3-5 years’ experience within Cost transformation/Business Improvement,
Preferably 2 -3 years’ experience of being involved in, and preferably leading, business improvement programmes and project management
Experience in cost transformation, turnaround and/or performance improvement
Experience with Activity Based Costing, Standard Costing, Cost Transparency, IT Financial Management or cost modelling
Experience with Management Reporting
Banking, and financial services exposure beneficial
Functional Experience in IT. Knowledge of IT Technical stack, servers, storage, etc.
Capability to quickly understand data, processes and procedures and identify the value-add capabilities contained within the data.
Experience in delivering cost transformation initiatives or Programmes
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI) is a plus
