Assist in preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy development Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal finance policies Manage lender, donor, and board reporting, including covenant and risk tracking Lead internal and external audit preparation and compliance processes Develop and improve accounting systems, policies, and internal controls Support capital expenditure tracking and cash flow management Mentor and develop finance team members, supporting succession planning Oversee bank relationships and monthly reconciliations Assist with securing loan capital and grant funding Drive continuous improvement across finance operations and reporting Handle ad-hoc financial duties as needed Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance management role Strong analytical and financial planning capabilities Proven experience in team leadership and staff development Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment High levels of integrity and ethical responsibility Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across functions and with external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Pastel Ability to identify and manage financial risks and drive cost-effectiveness Qualification: Professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field CA (SA) or BCom/BCom Honours in Accounting with completed articles is preferred but not essential Contact Vanah Charles at
