Senior Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities:Legal Advisory Services:Offer legal counsel on investment management, private equity, and corporate governance matters.Contract Management:Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.Corporate Transactions:Assist in corporate transactions, including due diligence and document drafting.Litigation Management:Manage litigation matters and liaise with external counsel.Policy Development:Contribute to policy development for legal compliance and risk management.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications and Experience:LLB degree and admitted attorney with 1-5 years post-article experience.Strong knowledge of corporate law, VAT Act, and Insolvency Act.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Apply now to join a leading Investment Management and Private Equity firm!
