Requirements Senior Lecturer: A PhD in History plus teaching experience at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels is required. Experience in teaching and researching in the disciplinary areas of Social and Political History of Africa (including southern Africa) required. While not essential, an interest in economic history and/or the History of the Caribbean and Latin America would be welcomed. Archival experience is essential. Research supervision of at least Masters’ degrees to completion is required. Lecturer: A PhD in History plus tutoring, practical facilitation and some teaching experience. Ability to teach and research in the disciplinary areas of Social and Political History of Africa (including southern Africa) required. While not essential, an interest in economic history and/or the History of the Caribbean and Latin America would be welcomed. Archival experience is essential. No research supervision required.
