Description This role is responsible for independently performing all aspects of the learning cycle. The Senior Learning Facilitator is an experienced facilitator with a high level of skill and knowledge about learning, and extensive experience in applying this. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.The OMiX Learning team is seeking to upskill a SME or process expert with prior knowledge of the CAS (Corporate Administration and Servicing) business.You will join a team of highly motivated learning experts, and a creative flair and eagerness to apply adult learning principles will be an advantage.Key Result AreasLearning Design:Conducts training needs analysis for a specific area.Designs/develops and/or adapts existing learning material in support of workplace competence.Pilots learning material before formal implementation.Deliver learning and development interventions to meet current and future organisational needs in line with the business unit operating plan, group learning and development framework and national skills development agenda. Provides support for the learning intervention.Personal Effectiveness:Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.Makes increased contributions by broadening own individual skills.Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.Accepts and lives the company values.Learning Delivery:Presents formal, informal, standardised and customised learning interventions.Conducts knowledge/skills assessment for each learning intervention.Facilitates transfer of learning by providing assistance and/or support to ensure that workplace assessment is conducted.Learning Effectiveness:Analyses trends related to the effectiveness and quality of the learning intervention.Reports on the strengths and shortcomings of the learning events.Additional Requirements:Broad knowledge of the Retirement Fund Industry/CAS (Corporate Administration and Servicing) would be an advantage.Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or upskilling employees.An OD ETDP NQF Level 5 qualification would be an advantage.Project management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work in fast-paced environments.Resilient in the face of obstacles.Communicating complex information verbally and in writing.
