The individual will travel extensively across the Eastern Cape to attend to:
Disciplinary proceedings
Retrenchment proceedings
Consultations
Counselling sessions
Drafting of documentation (contract of employment; hearing notices etc)
The individual will also be expected to sign up new clients in order to assist in the growth of the business.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification
The candidate must possess their own reliable vehicle;
The candidate must be willing to travel extensively for work purposes;
Knowledge of labour legislation will be advantageous;
The individual must be able to speak/read and write English/Afrikaans;
The individual must possess over at least one year Labour Law experience.

To sum up the primary responsibilities :
Proactively attending to day to day disciplinary cases and / or CCMA cases in a professional manner, and
Proactively assisting with business growth, using their business network to promote the brand.
