Details of the offer

Ensure that internal and external development projects/programmes are managed from inception to successful implementation.
Develop program roadmaps for delivery.
Unpack programs into project work streams and work packages and align and prioritize the project work streams along program critical paths.
Provide leadership and motivation to project team members, business executives and program stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to balance long and short-term objectives considering business value of the program.
Manage and chair program steercos to executives.
Manage and chair internal program sessions with project managers and delivery managers across the organization.
Implement risk management strategies and review project risks and activities that could pose a risk to the program.
Drive organizational change processes and change management on the program.
Implement a program communication strategy.
Ensure effective budget management techniques are implemented on all projects and adhere to all Supply Chain processes and timelines and jointly develop strategic sourcing strategies.
Establish close business partnerships with business-units and ICT to understand and advise on the prioritization of business goals and information needs.
Attend and constructively participates in meetings with industry representatives when required to do so.
Education and Experience:
A post- grad qualification in Computer Science or Information Systems
MBA will be highly advantageous
Experience in working on large- scale, complex implementation projects in the financial services industry
Experience in leading large scaleapplication projects and digital transformation

Project management methodologies such as PMI, PMBok, Prince II, Agile
