The RoleWe're looking for a Senior IT CRM Tech Lead to lead a team in upgrading from Sales Cloud to Communication Cloud, which will include working with communication-specific functionalities, and integrating them with the core Salesforce platform.What you'll do:Be the interface between business entities and the various technical areas for the design, architectural and development of CRM / BSS Telecom journeys.This role owns the architectural and design decisions for the team / squad.The Senior Tech Lead is an executor and visionary behind the technical solution.Work closely with all team members to create a modular, scalable solution that addresses / incorporates future architectural changes and designs.Drive the team's engineering practices in test-driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.Coach the team to solve complex problems.Review & approve the design and development of CRM Solutions as Salesforce, ServiceNow and others.RequirementsYour expertise:Must have proven hands-on experience leading the shift from Sales Cloud to Communications Cloud.At least 8 years' experience in Software design & development of CRM Solutions.Salesforce, CRM Solutions Salesforce Communications Cloud, Siebel Oracle Solutions & ServiceNow.Salesforce Data Model & Objects: Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, and schema design is critical.Process Automation: Experience with Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules for automating business processes.Familiarity with specific APIs and tools designed for COMM Cloud, such as APIs for managing customer services, billing, and provisioning.Agile Management: Strong experience in leading a team.Qualifications required:Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.Relevant Degree or Diploma in Business Management.
