The following qualifications and experience are essential:Certified competent as instrumentation technician/ diploma or NQF equivalent5 years minimum experienceability for providing technical instrumentation supportprovide technical solutions that comply with standards and proceduresExcellent problem-solving skillsEnsure that all the process instrumentation and gauge measurement systems are correctly calibratedStrong understanding of safety management and quality of Management systemsStrong computer skillsAlthough not limited to, the incumbents main responsibilities will include:Plc experienceExperience on the scada / control systemExperience in heavy industrial environmentRockwell plc and scada experienceNetworking expCommunications expExp in mill controlExperience in pgm floatation.Good general health and requires a certificate of fitness (red ticket)Five star performance management systemCandidates should be able to deliver in the 5 star performance areas of the organisation:Operational results: i.e. technical and financial targets.Sherq results: safety, health, environmental, risk and quality systems.Leadership and people results: high level of leadership and career growth development orientation.Management results: implementation of systems to achieve targets.Our organisation subscribe to the principle of equal opportunities in line with its employment equity policy
