The H band Senior HR Advisory role based within HR business unit.The role of the Senior HR Advisory is to provide a remote Advisory service to employees on HR policyand process related queries using the HRSSC agreed modes of communication, ensuring high quality of service in terms of accuracy, customer centricity and adherence to service level norms.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Provide advisory service to employees on all HRpolicy and process queries, using the HRSSC agreed modes of communication,toolsand within the HRS ways of working and guidelines
Take ownership and accountability of employee queriesand escalations to ensure the delivery and achievement of EXX with minimal supervision
Proactively seek and deliver continuous improvement through the simplification and automation of process and system efficiency with minimal supervision
Be solution orientated and proactively identify and analyse trends base on queries received to improve processes and drive EXX with minimal supervision
Actively build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure a good working relationship between HRS and the stakeholder team
Use the relationship with relevant stakeholders to influence and ensure the understanding and alignment of the HRS strategy
Understand how the HR and HRS strategy connect and is translated to activities and implement the activities to ensure the team achievement of the strategy
