Minimum requirements :Matric Certificate requiredFinancial certification preferred, or finance-related background will be consideredMinimum of 3 years of relevant experienceKey Responsibilities :Capture and process supplier and producer invoices accuratelyCorrectly allocate costs to sales and purchase ordersVerify invoices for compliance with SARS Tax requirementsRecord bank transactions in the accounting system, matching payments and depositsSend remittance adviceEnsure timely receipt of supplier invoices and statementsAddress supplier queries and manage correspondenceObtain approvals for paymentsReconcile debtor, creditor, and bank accountsAssist in cashflow forecastingPrepare financial reports and support the annual auditManage filing and process debit / credit card transactionsPost journals in the accounting system
