Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily financial processing, reporting, and accounting functions.Manage year-end financial close and audit preparations.Lead budgeting and forecasting aligned with strategic goals.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal financial controls.Optimize cash and investment management to maximize returns.Identify automation opportunities to improve financial systems.Oversee tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns.Minimum Requirements:CA (SA) qualification.5 years financial services experience, preferably with life insurance and tax expertise.
