Senior Cost Accountant Manufacturing

World Class Manufacturing Company in Cape Town has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Cost Accountant. You will be reporting to the Financial Manager and will liaise closely with the procurement and production departments in order to monitor report on the relevant management accounts. This will include Material Variances, Contract prices, Cost of labour, Cost of projects, Forecast of BOM costs against actual costs, investigating variances, drawing up of relevant reports and providing monthly management reports to all departments.
Requirements
Degree in Cost Management Accounting
In depth understanding of manufacturingFMCG processes
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Manufacturing environment
Residing in Cape Town or surrounding areas
Previous experience in working with Bill of Material costing
Working knowledge on SYSPRO
Advanced Excel skills
