We're proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW.What you will be doing:Maintain customer accounts within the designated credit limit and aged debt profileEnsure all sums are paid on outstanding accounts to termsAttend regular meetings with sales and other departments to minimise customer disputesProcess any credit-held orders and contact sales/customers where necessaryRecord and action all queries and disputed invoicesPrepare accounts for review by management when requiredProcess journal adjustments as necessaryEnsure documentation and filing are kept up to date and accurateAssist with new customer onboarding onto portalsRefer any accounts with problems at an early stage and prepare accounts for litigationVisit customers when necessary to ensure smooth account managementEnsure maximum efficiency of the sales ledger by liaising with other departments within CDWCover holiday periods and assist with departmental needs as requiredWork closely with Collections Managers to support process improvement initiativesManage team cash sheets to maintain sales ledger accuracy for collection purposesOwn onboarding and training of new staff and assist with training existing team membersSpecialize in a field to support the collections functionKey requirements:Senior-level experience with credit control processesExperience working in a fast-moving industry within a team environmentClose collaboration with key stakeholdersUnderstanding of the role of credit in the industryProficient IT skills, especially ExcelExperience with Dynamics and GETPAID (preferable)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureProfessional attitudeWe make technology work so people can do great things.CDW is a leading multi-brand provider of IT solutions to business, government, education, and healthcare customers across the US, UK, and Canada.
