The modern British menu is based on London’s famous Victorian Chop Houses and offers a seasonally changing menu of hearty portions and classic British dishes.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Chef de Partie who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5-star service to our guests. At the same time, our Senior Chef de Partie will support the team and lead a section. You will work with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistently high standards in both service and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will have good food knowledge and Health and Safety standards, passion for cooking and bags of enthusiasm.

As Senior Chef de Partie you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the section are managed in an effective, efficient and productive manner under the guidance and supervision of the Sous and Head Chef. This role is an excellent stepping stone into a sous chef role.
