A well established firm based in Pretoria is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper / Company Secretarial / Office Manager Duties: Will be reporting to the Accounting Manager and the Partner Not overseeing any staff Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet Processing of bank statements Preparing working paper file Draft AFS Company secretarial / general office management This is a very multifunctional role where the Partner needs to be able to rely on the candidate to be able to run the office while he travels abroad for long periods at a time The candidate must understand that everyone assists everywhere that they can Requirements: BCom / BCompt Accounting degree (preferred) 5 - 10 years experience in an Auditing / Accounting practice Own vehicle and valid drivers license Non-smoker English / Afrikaans speaking (Bilingual preferable) (M F) 08:00 16:30 Computer Literacy: MS Excel Pastel
