Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator in Cape Town with at least 5 years of professional experience in bid submissions, pre-qualification documents, and tender invitations, preferably within the construction, engineering consultancy, or design sectors.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work on high-profile multidisciplinary projects across the Middle East and Europe, ensuring quality, organization, coordination, and communication standards are maintained.
The ideal candidate will be passionate, committed to excellence, self-driven, and possess excellent time and task management skills.
Key responsibilities include:

Understanding bid writing, design, and coordination of multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Coordinating bids with division heads.
Mentoring other Bid Coordinators.
Managing bid creation and submission processes.
Identifying areas for improvement in proposal processes.
Utilizing Microsoft Office suite effectively; experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with an engineering consultancy or architectural firm.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Motivated, self-driven, with an entrepreneurial outlook.
Responsible for bid coordination and quality assurance.
Experience mentoring team members.
