You will conceptualise and execute high-quality creative solutions based on strategy for a client within an allocated time and budget.What you'll be doing:Understanding client strategies, business problems and briefs, and translating these into creative solutions and executionsKnow and understand clients' corporate identities and needsWorking with a copywriter to conceptualise and execute great ideasCrafting and finishing to the highest possible standard all artwork relating to a specific job or campaignArt direct projects to maintain and grow the brands' identity and statureMaintaining brand consistency through various channels and platformsBrief and art direct photographers/photoshootsBrief and art direct illustratorsLiaise with the Traffic Department to ensure the job deadline is adhered toBrief and coordinate with production and repro – especially on retouching and final make-upsReviewing work with the Creative Director & Strategy, followed by AMDelivering presentations to pitch concepts to AM and ClientWorking within a highly charged team environment and be a support to fellow team membersAssisting the Creative Director in developing new businessWhen required review work and provide feedback to junior team membersWhat you'll need:MatricDesign degree or relative advertising school diploma4-6 years industry experienceReady to make your mark at a leading global agency?At VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
