Fine & Country, a real estate agency specialising in the sale and renting of exclusive homes, has an exciting opportunity for a senior administrator to join their team.
The incumbent will be responsible for sales related administration, office management, marketing, events co-ordination and provision of administrative support to the estate agents.Main responsibilities:Administration related to FFC / PPRA applications, transfers and renewalsUploading of listings on the portal and management of listingsAll administration from offer to registration and manage deals from sale to registrationOffice / Operations managementProvide administrative support to agents when requiredManage and co-ordinate marketingReport sales and rentals to FCSAArrange office events (prize-giving, year-end functions, etc.
)Manage referral spreadsheet and allocation to agentsRequirements:Approximately 5 years' experience within the property sales industryThorough knowledge of the conveyancing processAbove average computer skills (MS Office)Strong administrative skillsAccurate, detail-orientated and thoroughExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans)Exceptional planning and organisational skillsA market-related remuneration package, in accordance with qualifications and experience, will be agreed upon with the successful candidate.
