Security Operations Manager

The Secure Operations Manager will be responsible for managing secure provisioning operations and logistics for payment terminals, ensuring adherence to PCI PIN Security Requirements and P2PE compliance.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing secure environments, handling encryption processes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while optimizing operational processes Skills & Experience: Oversee secure provisioning operations and ensure compliance with industry security standards Manage logistics for payment terminals, including shipping, receiving, returns, and stock tracking, ensuring complete and accurate documentation of inventory movements Ensure secure configuration and activation of encryption mechanisms for payment devices and oversee EMV and L3 Certification processes Develop and implement operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation to meet compliance and audit requirements Cultivate relationships with suppliers and coordinate with external vendors on key management protocols and certifications Implement strict security controls and conduct regular audits and risk assessments to safeguard cryptographic materials Maintain detailed audit logs and compliance reports for internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory bodies, while championing a culture of accountability Identify and implement improvements to secure provisioning and logistics processes, ensuring clear communication in all L3 support requests Qualification: Bachelors degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of experience in cryptographic key management, secure payment systems, or payment terminal logistics Minimum 2+ years of experience managing operations or teams in a secure environment Certifications such as PCI QPA, PCI PTS, P2PE QSA, CISSP, or CISM are a plus Contact Mmiselo Dlephu on
