Sales Representative -Tyre

Core Purpose:-To service existing external customer accounts to ensure external customer needs identified are met, external customer service excellence is maintained, and to identify and obtain new external business.Key Performance Areas:-Execute plans to service external customers and meet agreed annual sales plan.Implement administrative and procedures to ensure external customer needs and standards and procedures are met.Develop and improve external customer base and external sales.Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.Skills and experience required:-Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behavior at all times.Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at management level.Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the team.A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.A mandatory minimum of 5 years in the tyre industry, specifically in Commercial tyres and OTR tyres.Qualification required:-Grade 12 (Matric) mandatory.IMM diploma would be an advantage.Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups.
