Outstanding opportunity to join BD Interventional team in South Africa. Position based in Durban KZN. As Sales representative, you will be responsible to achieve business plan by implementing and changing strategies per customer as needed. Maintain and grow current business by establishing excellent relationships with and support to customers
Other Key Responsibilities:-
Identify and develop new business
Be available for theatre support, if needed, also after hours
Establish relationships with clients including hospital personnel, theatre staff, pharmacy manager, stock controllers etc.
Assist when and where required at organized exhibitions and meetings to promote BDI products through demonstrating the clinical features and benefits of product ranges
Conduct in service training and product demonstrations to promote the accurate use of BDI products in territory
Provide competitive information such as tenders, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish pricing structures for assigned products.
Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Manages consignment stock to minimize risk
Contribute to the positive integrity of the team at all times.
About You:-
Proven track record of business success in surgical sales role
Strong commercial acuity combined with the dedication and focus to deliver against targets
Outstanding team and development skills
“Will to win” attitude!
Highly developed interpersonal skills. Phenomenal relationship builder
Understanding the clinical background and key concepts of Peripheral Vascular would be an advantage
