Details of the offer

To generate new business through actively marketing Wireless solutions and establish long term relationships with target accounts. To sell the company’s primary products which are Auto ID, supply chain, identification, cabling & mobility solutions, as well as Wireless products and devices and after sale services. Key Responsibilities and Outputs 1. Generate new business towards meeting annual sales and revenue targets a. Cold calling b. Visits to prospective clients c. Visit existing clients d. Follow up on sales leads e. Bed down new accounts f. Hand over new accounts to service department 2. Monitor and report on industry trends and needs to ensure client’s needs are met a. Awareness maintained during client conversations, e.g. competitor activity, customer requirements and potential gaps in service offerings or delivery b. Weekly sales report b. Report back in Monday meetings c. Marketing intelligence Performance Indicators/Measures 1. Weekly call targets 2. Monthly sales targets 3. Monthly proposal targets 4. Monthly new accounts 5. Monthly sales leads received 6. Monthly RFQ’s / Tenders 7. Monthly revenue generated from new business sales 8. Company expectation target – annual target Requirements: Computer literacy Follow company policies and procedures which includes limited use of cell phones for non-related work activities i.e. Facebook, games, etc. Present a professional image at all times to colleagues, customers and suppliers Perform other duties as and when assigned. Maintain Company’s best interest at all times Use initiative Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team Maintain a professional demeanour at all times Office hours – 8:00am – 5:00pm, with 1 hour lunch. R 12 - 18 000 Base plus commission Requirements: Computer literacy Follow company policies and procedures which includes limited use of cell phones for non-related work activities i.e. Facebook, games, etc. Present a professional image at all times to colleagues, customers and suppliers Perform other duties as and when assigned.
