Responsibilities: Promote the company, it's people and all the services that it provides. Ensure maximum loyalty from existing customers. Develop new business. Grow existing customer base Ensure maximum profitability. Establish and apply correct customer call frequencies. Negotiate contract renewals. Prospect and negotiate new contract business. Establish minimum 40 productive face to face customer calls per week. Begin and end each day at the branch KPI’s Develop at least 1 new FML contract each month. Open 5 new customer accounts per month. Meet monthly revenue targets set between yourself and the Sales Manager. Successfully negotiate annual/periodic price increases. Establish at least 5 new first-time business calls each week, unless the target agreed, in writing between yourself and the Sales Manager allows for a different number. Ensure ad-hoc fleet utilization is consistently above 80% Requirements Candidate must have corporate sales experience Between 3 – 5 years’ experience Must reside in the Cape Town area Be conversant in both the English and Afrikaans languages Have own reliable transport Be in possession of a valid driver’s licence.
