SALES MANAGER / EAST LONDON – Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team, as well as bring in new business and service existing Clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. This role requires flexibility to travel to meet clients, attend events, and support regional sales activities as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in a Sales Executive or Sales Manager role Strong communications in English and Afrikaans Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Comfortable with frequent travel around Eastern Cape, and Transkei area Proficient in Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs. Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships. Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and sales presentations. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize customer engagement. Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
