POSITION : SALES MANAGER- HARDWAREAREA : DURBAN, KZNSALARY : MARKET RELATED +SALES MANAGER & TEAM MANAGEMENT COMMISSIONMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:The successful incumbent will be responsible for driving the sales growth for the organisation as well as he/she must have a proven track record of winning sales and managing a team. The Hardware Sales Manager will lead by example in terms of continuing with sales as well as managing, motivating and mentoring the team.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Completed MatricMin. 5 years external sales experience with MFP's, Telephony Products(PABX, VoIP), Security and connectivity to businessExposure to a leadership/management/supervisory roleSuccesful applicant must be able to continue some business development and salesWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesHigh level of confidentiality in handling all informationWillingness to travel within KZNLicense + own vehicle is ESSENTIALThis is a senior level position and only candidates that meet the criteria required will be considered.
