Overview:Our client is looking for an experienced Technical (Refrigeration) Sales Executive, who has experience working within the refrigeration industry and/or who has sales experience related to commercial refrigeration.Responsibilities:• Identify, pursue, and close technical sales opportunities for our Client's range of products and solutions.• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the regions.• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor on product offering.• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications.• Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, projects team and sales support, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products and services.• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and identify new business opportunities.• Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand and expand customer base.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and sales reports.Skills requirements:• Client relationship management both corporate and individual.• Project Management skills• Sales and key account management skills• Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the refrigeration industry.• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, components, and related equipment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, with a customer- centric mindset.• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.• A willingness to travel is needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.• IT Skills (excel, word, power point).• Refrigeration Industry experience essential
